Another good committed team performance and a further clean sheet saw Bramford take all three points in this entertaining encounter with Pasquals at Bourne Park. The hosts started brightly and took the lead very early on when Mattie McLaughlin's effort was helped into the net by the visiting keeper, Asherley Rose being on hand in case an extra touch was needed. With Stuart Rodger and Scott Welton spraying the ball around nicely, Bramford continued to dominate and the Pasquals defence struggled to contain the lively Asherley Rose, Stan Wragg, Ricky O'Neill and Mattie McLaughlin who scored his second when he sneaked in at the far post to meet a fine cross from Mattie Pryke and drilled his shot hard and low into the bottom right corner.

Gary Cox was a spectator for most of the half and Bramford really should have ended the first forty-five with a bigger advantage. There were some delightful moves which almost produced scores but the final efforts were either just off target or stopped by the keeper. As it was, the home side scored a decisive third within three minutes of the restart when the returning Ricky O'Neill tried his luck from twenty-five yards, the shot taking a deflection which left the Pasquals keeper helpless as the ball nestled into the net. Pasquals did threaten on a couple of occasions, but good defending by Aron Boorman and a great block tackle from Asherley Rose ensured another clean sheet for the hosts. The final goal arrived with about ten minutes remaining when the impressive Mattie McLaughlin broke down the left, beat a couple of defenders and centred for substitute Drew Turner to slot home neatly at the near post.

To their credit, Pasquals kept going to the end and always looked to try and play good passing football, but on the day Bramford were the better side and maintained their unbeaten run. Well done everyone, keep it up!
